How are you in the BRIDAL PARTY of someone you don’t like??? Like maybe you’re a fake ass bitch and need to figure out how that happened

There's a reason she used a voice changer!

He should have called her out. People need to be called out.

OBVIOUSLY you go to the wedding you agreed to attend, and obviously you don't need to tell the bride you actually don't like her. And Robert's best take here was "you never know who you'll meet." Get drunk and dance and eat food and who cares

everyone is losing their minds for the sake of TRANSPARENCY

And let's not forget for the sake of, 'what no longer serves us', and we must be our 'authentic selves' at all times in exclusively 'safe spaces', that we preferably came upon 'organically' on 'our journey' to boringville.

Speaking of spring and early rhubarb, I saw J Lee at the Santa Monica farmers market this morning. I do not get starstruck having been raised in LA but certainly was this morning 🤩

Hopefully he's cooking up a killer Erewhon matcha review

He’s on an adventure that’s for sure

Ugh the line for drinks was so long today I'm a fool! Maybe I'll have to go back just for a smoothie maybe tomorrow!

Say hi next time! That would have made my day honestly. The farmers market was life changing. for one second i was feeling ready to throw it all away lol

It’s the main thing I miss about LA

I learned all the best stalls at Hollywood Farmers Market by seeing where the cool chefs and food writers went first thing in the morning (after Harry’s Berries, of course, which was always the first move)

Was lucky to be there with a chef friend of mine who is doing a popup at cafe triste this week. I copped some Harry's berrys jam to bring back to New York

Hot tip: Greene Grape in Fort Greene has been stocking Harry’s for about a month. This time of year you can also order a pallet of them (12 boxes) from Baldor, so I’ve done that a few times and split it with friends.

They only usually have one variety, though, compared to the three or four you can often get at the market.

Shopping cycles on credit end in credit card default cycles. So far, there has ben no "wealth effect." Watch out if there is!

Standing O for Jamie Dimon! If the last real master of the Wall St.universe is saying this out loud, funding it with real cash, then it's not our hand wringing imaginations. Why can't someone, be they a democrat or independent lead a common sense rebrand - "It's good for the BUSINESS of America." All of our collective big issues that need a societal buy-in can fall under that umbrella. Healthcare, infrastructure, home ownership, debt, energy, voting rights, child care, immigration, education... If any of these issues can be markedly improved it's automatically good for the business of America. The overlords can eat themselves.

I like the letter today. Being an elder in the audience (I believe, no facts) I appreciate that girls still get half drunk on a Tuesday, bonding after a tough winter. I love that Jenni of Zimmi's is getting buyouts, and can't wait til her liquor license for her winebar comes through, (June she told me). I think Jamie Dimon is one of the smartest banking executives of our recent history. That Bilt is building a Capital One cafe is an ugh, wish it would be a pop-up, not a credit card holder lounge. I am dubious on all the Chanel unboxing but then again they could buy it, unbox it, and re-sell it, maybe for even more. Real possibility IMO......Dustin Yellin/Pioneer Works is one of the coolest community building artists around today. Great to see that promoted. Gary V seems to be a cult leader, in a good way? And I am really trying to determine the value in paying for Caper or Gourmet. I feel like the food stackers all write about the same places, or such inside details you really have to care a lot more than great food and dining experiences. Cue to kitchen fighting/investor breakups, why care? Thanks for your fun coverage of all kinds of things Emily, I want to go to Stars. I can get a table at Dean. ; ) KV
