Two pieces of news from Glossier.
First, they made a basketball.
Second, they’re fundraising again. Four years ago, Glossier raised a Series E that valued the brand at nearly $2B. But the brand’s value will be “south of a billion dollars,” a person familiar with the fundraising deck told Puck. I don’t really understand how they haven’t figured out how to sell lip gloss and generate cash flow after ten years.
