Good morning everyone.

The highlights of my weekend were:

  • Eating a chocolate-dipped fig at a cocktail party that

    Derek C. Blasberg
    and
    What Should I Wear?
    hosted at Raf’s.

  • I saw

    Audrey Hobert
perform an intimate show at Cherry Lane Theater. Bonus points for a better-than-it-should’ve-been plastic cup of wine.

  • Ginger ice cream served with tangy citrus at Omen.

  • A twilight walk home through Prospect Park last night after dinner with a friend. There were a lot of crunchy leaves on the ground, times nicely with the news that this Wednesday is the last time that the sun will set after 7pm this year.

Today’s letter includes: A book launch party for

Natasha Stagg
(paid readers are invited), New York Magazine is looking to Substack for new readers, Louis Vuitton’s ten-story New York store plans (there’s a restaurant), and good news for anyone who had a crush on a lacrosse player in high school.

New York Magazine is looking to Substack to find new readers.

Emilia Petrarca
is collaborating with
Secret Strategist
on a New York Fashion Week post later this week. She told Feed Me: “We figured we’d join forces so that we can have more boots on the ground during NYFW, and because our respective letters seem like a good match. I love the Secret Strategist and its eagle-eye for details.”
