A $100 million partial office-to-residential conversion will be happening at the landmark McGraw-Hill Building in New York City's Midtown Manhattan. Floors 12 through 32 of the building, located at 330 W. 42nd St., will be converted to apartments with 224 luxury rental units ranging from studios to two bedrooms. Let’s go.
