Good morning everyone. I’m somewhat observing Labor Day, meaning I’m writing this letter from bed. But I know a lot of you don’t have today off and need something to read on your lunch break. And those of you who do need something to discuss while waiting in line for iced coffee before heading to the beach.

Today’s letter includes: An exec steps down from Starface, a Gwyneth Paltrow Substack mystery, a new wellness club in Paris, Zack Bia and Mark Ronson are DJing together and you’re invited, and I found the Claire’s annual report from 2000.

The Feed Me job board includes roles at Hyatt, Partiful, Ayoh Foods, and Zola. It’s free to post listings from your company — they just have to be interesting enough that I approve them.
