New York Magazine goes to the Hamptons.

Plus Marc Jacobs smoothies, Brooklyn Heights saunas, and more.

Good morning everyone. I spent last night inside the walls of a members’ club called The Down Town Association. With the help of Silent Pool Gin, I threw a happy hour for some friends and paid Feed Me readers. There was taxidermy, there was a shoe-polishing machine, and there were plenty of martinis with a twist, which was refreshing after the last year of overly-pickled, brined, and olived martinis. You can read about these new members’ club all you want, but spending a night in one that opened in 1859 is ridiculously cool. I love New York.

Water Cooler G&T made with Silent Pool is my drink of the summer.

Me after a Feed Me Martini and a Water Cooler G&T. Thank you Silent Pool!

Today’s letter includes: a Feed Me exclusive about New York Magazine’s Hamptons coverage, the New York smoothie place that marketing teams should email on Monday morning, the cold plunges are coming to Brooklyn Heights, a millionaire who has to fill his illegal basement with concrete, and I hope you’re not going to New Jersey this weekend.

Feed Me is a $80/year. That’s probably less than what you’ll pay for dinner tonight, plus if you read Feed Me you probably could’ve gotten a better restaurant suggestion.

The Feed Me chat is currently discussing summer plans. Some spots being discussed include Raffles in Jaipur, Costa Smeralda in Sardinia, and the Telluride Mushroom Festival.
