So interesting. I've never been to Fraunces Tavern. Perhaps a luncheon is in store. I'm quite curious where these anglers are fly fishing in the NYC area. Sounds like the next best version of a running club.
Love a comedy club. A couple years ago my friend and I who met while in the touring department at an agency threw a comedy show in my backyard in Pasadena for my kids dad’s birthday. We had a BBQ food truck pull up in the driveway & I placed seats and tables around the pool. It was so fun ppl wanted us to keep it going but those comedians are now on HBO.
I was also at nightmoves on Saturday for my husband’s 50th bday w 40 or so of our friends — started around 8p and as the night got later the crowd got younger and the 50 year olds disappeared and the intern crowd must have come in! We were out of there by midnight. I love that space so much esp for a little early party.
My son got his annual Lego Star Wars advent calendar today and I asked him what kind of advent calendar he wants when he grows out of Legos. And he said “what do you mean— grow out of legos?”
