. I was with an investor last week, and he made a point to tell me that art reporting was going to be big in the next year – he didn’t even know about this! This is the first time Puck has acquired an existing newsletter instead of hiring an author to build a new one. Puck has 45 employees and has roughly 40,000 paid subscribers. They’ve earned more than $10 million in revenue in 2023, a source says, confirming figures reported earlier this year by the Wall Street Journal.
