NEWS:

  • Many of us survived the Oatly soft serve epidemic of 2022. There were a few stragglers last year who didn’t make the switch back to normal ice cream, including Yankee Stadium, Yale’s dining hall, and the Meta offices. But good news – friends who went to the Yankee game yesterday can confirm that Oatly is out, and dairy is back in (the soft serve machines).

  • I heard from a very reputable source that Taylor Swift is launching a fragrance soon! Cannot tell you any additional details or else someone will lose their job.

  • TikTok is cracking down on weight loss-related content in a new set of guidelines. Creators who post about restrictive diets, "using medication or supplements for weight loss or muscle gain," or promoting weight loss products will find the content restricted to users 18 years and older, according to the guidelines. Highly doubt this will work.

  • Uniqlo says return-to-office mandates are also re-introducing women to “day-to-night” looks. Women under 29 made up 35% of Uniqlo's sales in 2023, a substantial rise from the 16% the group accounted for just 4 years prior. Moreover, last year was the first time women’s sales surpassed that of men’s. Here are some of the comments my readers left about Uniqlo last week:
